**Note: I realize this looks scary but the building's maintenance guy came and reviewed the situation and has deemed our living space still....livable. Apparently, the radiator has just gotten too steamy and started to warp the plaster/wood in funny ways. So Katy + Joc are safe....don't freak out! I just like to hit ya with the WOW factor every now and then :)
