the ugly dumpling.

The Ugly Dumpling
A narrative, as recounted by Katy Capers

Once upon a time, six lovely HCOM grad students wandered into the wayward world of
Boston's Chinatown for a tantalizing evening of dumplings, tea, conversation and a BREAK from writing!

The curly-headed Georgia gal, unaccustomed to the portion rituals of authentic Chinese restaurants,
obviously over ordered. "Oops!" she exclaimed over piles of sesame chicken and fried veggie rice.

Emily, Leah and Jocelyn laughed and relaxed among fried dumplings, mushi, tentacles and more
(but definitely not blood pudding)!

And Anna + Susan wielded their chop sticks with flare...
as Katy promptly picked up her fork after the photo shoot.

With happy little bellies and rested brains, they all swiftly returned to the library,
authentic Chinese cuisine in tow.
The end!
